In short: these terms explain the rules for using coreprime.co.in and buying from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

1. About us & these terms

coreprime.co.in is operated by Pegaso Traders, Oshiwara, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai 400102, Maharashtra, India, which markets products under the brand COREPRIME ("we", "us", "our"). Our store runs on the Shopify platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to everyone who visits our website or buys from us ("you"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Product & health information

  • Our products are nutraceuticals / food supplements regulated by FSSAI. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
  • Information on our website is for general awareness only and is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition.
  • Always read the label, use as directed, and do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Check the allergen information before use.
  • Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly between batches; the label on the product you receive applies.
  • Individual results may vary.

4. Prices & availability

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, offers and product availability may change without notice. The price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order.
  • Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If that happens, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Orders

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, for reasons such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, an unserviceable address, or suspected fraud or misuse. If you have paid, you'll get a full refund.
  • We may limit quantities per order or per customer, for example to prevent bulk reselling.
  • Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.

6. Payments

  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and, on serviceable pincodes, Cash on Delivery.
  • Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details.
  • If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, contact us with the transaction reference, date and time. Such amounts are usually reversed automatically by your bank or the payment gateway.

7. Offers & coupons

  • Offers and coupon codes are valid for a limited period and are subject to their specific terms.
  • Unless stated otherwise, only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We may withdraw or change an offer at any time, and may cancel orders that misuse an offer.

8. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, cancellations and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity under it. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that are used in breach of these Terms.

10. Reviews & content you share

When you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is genuine, based on your own experience, and does not infringe anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use it on our website and marketing channels. We may remove content that is false, offensive, promotional or unlawful.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
  • place fake orders or misuse Cash on Delivery or offers;
  • buy products for unauthorised resale;
  • attempt to hack, scrape, overload or disrupt the website; or
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

12. Intellectual property

The COREPRIME name, logo, product designs, label artwork, images, text and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our prior written permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, including from use contrary to the label or medical advice. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern quickly. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

15. Grievance officer

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints can be sent to our Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
