Secure Payment Options
- We accept payments via Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks, UPI and Cash On Delivery (COD) in India.
- In case the amount is deducted but you do not receive confirmation, contact our support team with:
- Transaction reference number.
- Registered email ID.
- Date and time of the transaction.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping and handling charges are disclosed during checkout.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors like logistics.
- During promotional sales, dispatch times may extend to 7 days.
- Orders may arrive in split shipments from different warehouses, but additional charges will not apply.
Delivery Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select products and locations.
- Products are carefully packed to ensure safety during transit. Fragile items are secured with bubble wrap.
- If the package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
- Notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery for any shortages, damages, or issues.
- For reverse pickups unavailable in your location, self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse courier charges.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
- Discount vouchers are for single-use and cannot be reused if the order is canceled.
- Loyalty points redeemed for an order will be credited back in case of cancellation.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed after the product is returned and verified.
