Secure Payment Options

  1. We accept payments via Visa & MasterCard Debit & Credit cards from select banks, UPI and Cash On Delivery (COD) in India.
  2. In case the amount is deducted but you do not receive confirmation, contact our support team with:
  • Transaction reference number.
  • Registered email ID.
  • Date and time of the transaction.

Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping and handling charges are disclosed during checkout.
  2. Most orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  3. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors like logistics.
  4. During promotional sales, dispatch times may extend to 7 days.
  5. Orders may arrive in split shipments from different warehouses, but additional charges will not apply.

Delivery Policy

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select products and locations.
  2. Products are carefully packed to ensure safety during transit. Fragile items are secured with bubble wrap.
  3. If the package appears tampered or damaged, please do not accept it.
  4. Notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery for any shortages, damages, or issues.
  5. For reverse pickups unavailable in your location, self-ship the product, and we’ll reimburse courier charges.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  2. Discount vouchers are for single-use and cannot be reused if the order is canceled.
  3. Loyalty points redeemed for an order will be credited back in case of cancellation.
  4. Refunds for cancellations will be processed after the product is returned and verified.
